Cabin Rates and Availability

Tabbert's Up North cabin in St. Germain, WI is available three seasons for rental starting the first week in May and ending the last week of September. During peak season the cabin is only available for weekly rentals (Fri – Fri). Check-in is at 3pm with check-out at 9am. During off-peak times the cabin can be rented daily with a three night minimum. Please call or e-mail for availability.

Rates are quoted for six guests.
Each additional guest, with a maximum capacity of 8, $125 per week or $25 per night.
All rates subject to sales and room tax.

25% deposit required upon booking to confirm your reservation. Balance due two weeks prior to arrival. Payment accepted in the forms of personal check, cashier's check, or money order. Credit Card information will be kept on hand as a security deposit.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the building
The cabin is not handicap accessible.

2009 Rates

June 5th – July 3rd - $950 per week
July 3rd - July 31st - $1050 per week
July 31st - September 4th - $950 per week
September 4th - October 9th $650 per week, $125 per night (3 night minimum)

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary, please notify us as soon as possible. Your deposit, less 15% cancellation fee, will be refunded if you provide more than 60 days notice. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will receive a refund, less 15%, only if we are able to fill the vacancy. If we are unable to fill the vacancy, your deposit will be kept.
