The perfect North woods St. Germain getaway!
Relax and unwind on beautiful Lost Lake in St. Germain, Wisconsin. St Germain is in the heart of the North woods, located centrally to many activities to never leave you wishing for more. Whether you are looking for family activities, sports, or just quiet time to enjoy each other's company there are many options. If you enjoy wildlife you will see it in abundance. From song birds, to ducks, loons, eagles, or deer there is no shortage of wildlife to see.


Exciting changes are in store for our guests in 2012! Renovations are complete adding a third bedroom as well as a second bathroom. In addition, the existing bathroom is remodeled. Check out the most recent pictures and the new grey exterior on the Picture page of the website!

Our three-bedroom log cabin offers you the comforts of home with the charm of the North woods. Wake up to a beautiful lake view and towering pines. Just steps outside our cabin door play on the sandy shore or swim in the clear water. Venture out from our dock to fish for musky or pan fish. Take your boat out to water-ski, tube or wake-board.

The cabin rents weekly, Saturday to Saturday, during our prime summer season. Most cabins in the area also rent Saturday to Saturday allowing guests to coordinate multi-family vacations spanning multiple cabins.

Area Activities

Minutes for the cabin enjoy:

  • Biking – Miles and miles of black topped bike trails and mountain bike trails.
  • Golfing – Area courses within minutes including St Germain, Plum Lake in Sayner, Eagle River, and more.
  • Fishing - Fish Lost Lake or one of the 1300+ lakes in Vilas county alone.
  • Hiking - Enjoy the trails in the many state forests around the cabin.
  • Swimming – Enjoy the sandy shoreline of Lost Lake just outside the cabin door.
  • Horseback Riding – Enjoy scenic trails in St. Germain, Minocqua, and surrounding communities.
  • Go Carts
  • Raft Trips / Canoeing
